Business Resilience – 4th Latino Economic Unsummit
The Latino Chamber of Commerce hosts their Fall Latino Economic Unsummit. This is a professional round table event, elevating the contributions of Latino-owned businesses in Wisconsin’s economy. By bringing different leaders together from different sectors – healthcare, finance, real estate, government, and the non-profit sector to share resources with entrepreneurs.
Assisted with the marketing aspects of the event. Created the graphics in both English and Spanish for social media, website, and print.
Worked collaboratively with the Latino Chamber of Commerce of Southeastern WI coordinator and board regarding marketing, and shared the flyer with MEI’s (Multicultural Entrepreneurial Institute) client database of entrepreneurs who might benefit from this event.

Tri-County Latino Economic Unsummit
The Latino Chamber of Commerce hosted its third Latino Economic Unsummit, covering three counties – Racine, Kenosha, and Walworth. This is an event where entrepreneurs have the opportunity to listen to a series of engagement circles and have authentic conversations led by business professionals, policy makers, and providers.
Assisted with the marketing and administrative aspects of the event. Created the graphics in both English and Spanish for social media, email newsletter, website, and print.
Secondary point of contact for communication and coordination of marketing, registration, ticket sales, and miscellaneous questions. Invite entrepreneurs and contact chambers of commerce and non-profit organizations to share the event flyer with their entrepreneurs who might benefit from this event. Worked collaboratively with the coordinator of the Latino Chamber of Commerce of Southeastern WI, the organization president, and the assistant.

Latino Contractor Business & Career Fair
The Latino Entrepreneurial Network hosts their Annual Latino Contractor Business & Career Fair to bring together contractors and business professionals in this networking event. Business professionals come to display and share resources and business opportunities with contractors.
The tasks for this event were to oversee and complete the marketing for the event in English and Spanish. Such as: save the date flyer, banner, website + product page, website graphics, create the event signage, email newsletter, and social media posts: thank you posts to table exhibitors + sponsors, and countdown posts.
As well as being the main point of contact for communication and coordination of table exhibitors, sponsors, venue, catering, registration, ticket sales, and miscellaneous questions. Invite contractors and contact chambers of commerce to share the event flyer with their contractors who might benefit from this event.

15th Annual Exito Awards
The Latino Entrepreneurial Network hosts their Annual Exito Awards to celebrate and recognize the entrepreneurs and small businesses in the community. This is a networking event where entrepreneurs come together and get to have fun with entertainment, door prizes, live music, award shows, and a dance competition. To celebrate the 15th annual Exito Awards from the non-profit organization, the artist was the marketing coordinator of this event.
The tasks given were to oversee and complete the marketing campaigns for the event, such as: save the date postcards, banner, Program PowerPoint slides, website + product page, website graphics, awardees’ profiles, scheduled and edit the awardees’ interview videos, create the event signage, QR codes, table tents, email newsletter, and social media posts: highlight awardee profiles, sneak peeks of entertainment, raffle prizes + donors, sponsors, and countdown posts.
As well as being the main point of contact for communication and coordination of photobooth, catering, raffle prizes, venue, decoration, registration, sponsors, ticket sales, and any other questions. Work collaboratively with the organization board and the board president.
